Our product does not ship the ffmpegmediaplugin.dll

We rely on the windowsmediaplugin.dll for video playback

In our testing, it was discovered that some videos do not play on our VMWare computers configured with Windows 10 for builds after adopting the Qt 6.5.5 release.

We are aware of the ffmpeg issue for which 6.5.5-1 was built, but as stated we do not use that plugin.  For the test examples the ffmpegmediaplugin.dll was disabled by renaming it.

Attached are video files (mediaplugin<version>.mp4) showing the issue with a trimmed down mediaplayer sample qml app.  The qml is ran with the qml.exe utility app to show the issue.  See the videos for command line execution example.

Only one of the 4 sample video files will play on the 6.5.5, whereas they all play with 6.5.2.
