Error message during uninstallation

      1. Use the Online Installer to install:
        Qt / Developer and Designer Tools / MinGW 13.1.0 64-bit
        Nothing else is needed for reproducing this.
      2. Start the MaintenanceTool from the installation.
      3. Check "Uninstall only" and proceed.
        You'll see an error message about MinGW 13:

        Despite this, the installation is removed completely.
