Crash with ListView of LayoutItemProxy

      Crashes occur pretty frequently with a ListView of LayoutItemProxy as the model changes.

      A stack trace and reproducible example is attached to the ticket.

      The example crashes when the filter changes such that more items are there than there were previously.
