Document switcher popup is misplaced after monitors are turned off and then woken up

    Description

      1. Run Plasma Wayland with dual monitor setup
      2. Launch Qt Creator, place the window on the right monitor
      3. Wait until screens are turned off
      4. Wake them up

      Result:
      Ctrl+Tab document switcher popup is displayed shifted to the right. When Qt Creator window is on the right monitor the popup is not visible, after moving the window to the left monitor it's displayed as Qt Creator was on the right monitor.

      This does not happen in 100% of cases but fairly often.
