Description
There is no dSYM symbols in the archive for the application I build with Qt6.7.2 for iOS (or simulator), cmake 3.29.3 that comes with Qt installation. Qt is prebuilt from online installer.
So what I did:
1. Create a QtQuick app using QtC template. So it is just a trivial Window to rule out any other Qt framework issues.
2. Set generator as Xcode and build in release mode (as requested by https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/ios-platform-notes.html#product-archiving-issue-with-cmake). Then in build folder I have a .xcodeproj to be opened in Xcode
3. Open project in Xcode, and in building settings:
Debug information format for all build modes are DWARF with dSYM file Stripe debug symbols during copy for all build modes are No Generate debug symbols for all build modes are Yes
4. Product -> Archive the project
But somehow, I still don't have any dSYM files inside archive:
A directory for storing dSYM files, yes. But really nothing in there.
