Double dash configure options with an equal sign broken

    Description

      One of my standard configure options no longer works. --webengine-jumbo-build=20 on the configure line now says:   Unknown command line option '-webengine-jumbo-build=20'.

      Seems also to have been backported as I see it more than just dev and 6.8
