Provide .desktop files for GUI tools

    Description

      Currently, the qttools source code does not provide .desktop files for the GUI tools, so they are not visible in the application menus on Linux. Some distributions like Fedora and openSUSE provide them downstream, while some other distributions such as Arch Linux and Debian don't.

      Desktop files as well as metainfo files are also provided by the Flatpak packages for Designer, Linguist and QDBusViewer.

      It would be preferable to include these desktop and metainfo files in the upstream source code, so distributions could ship them consistently.
