Window's position is not restored in system with multiple displays

1. I use Settings example. App starts on main screen. I move its window to the secondary display and close app. Then I launch it again - it restores on the main screen instead of the secondary one.

2. If I explicitly set (x, y) coordinates of the window thus it should be located on the secondary display - it does NOT work too.
