QMediaPlayer can't open files with "^" in their filename or path.

      QMediaPlayer can't open files with "^" in their filename or path and prints "Could not open file".

      Examples of files that can't be opened:

      C:\13^.mp4

      C:\test^\13.mp4

      The same files can be opened and played by Windows Media Player.

      To reproduce the issue, run the attached example project and choose a file with "^" in their filename or path.
