REG: Incorrect SVG render result for specific SVG file

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Qt Creator instance that built with Qt 6.7.1 or Qt 6.7.2
2. Drag the provided app-icon.svg to the editor area
3. See the result

Expected result:

Inside the blue circle, there should be a white triangle shape.

Additional information:

When limiting the SVG support to SVG Tiny 1.2-only, the logo can be rendered without issue.
