Drag & drop of TableView sections does not work when using touch device

Tested on Linux (Ubuntu 22.04)
It's possible that the issue exists on other platforms.

Issue: It's not possible to drag and drop the TableView sections using a touch device.

Steps to Reproduce:
  * Run the spreadsheet example
  * Try to drag a column/row
  * Drop it in another place (doesn't matter as the drag has already failed)
  
EXPECTED:
  * The drag image moves as the touch point moves
  * The dragged column/row is reordered when it's dropped

ACTUAL:
  * Drag fails and the drag image freezes a bit further than the dragging section
  * As drag fails, drop fails as well
