    Description

Hello, I've noticed a mildly annoying bug that I believe is related to QT. For context, I'm using KDE with two monitors: one at 1920x1200@60Hz and the other at 1920x1080@165Hz. I use Wayland to avoid refresh issues and it mostly works; XOrg tends to be generally weird in this setup, but that's not the main issue here and not the fault of QT.

When I open a QT application like KDE Discover or System Monitor and use the mouse wheel to scroll, the smooth scroll refresh rate is locked at 60Hz. Interestingly, if I disable one of my monitors, the refresh rate jumps to 165Hz when scrolling with mouse wheel. However, when both monitors are enabled and I manually grab the scroll bar to scroll up and down using my mouse, the refresh rate is 165Hz like it should be. It seems QT is able to determine the appropriate refresh rate for animations, and when scrolling by grabbing the scroll bar, but not for scroll wheel scrolling.

I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed, as it would significantly enhance my desktop smoothness. Additionally, I'm considering learning QT as a developer this bug would be quite frustrating.

I checked for duplicate issues and could not find any, I might be a little snobby about FPS but 60 FPS just looks bad to me now after upgrading my monitor and maybe I am the only one to have even noticed. Also finally, I am not sure if I tagged this issue correctly or not, hopefully I did feel free to correct me :- )
