The documentation-only configuration does not generate build configuration for the qmake repo

      I used the documentation-only configuration, so I can build docs on my machine.

      Unfortunately, this configuration does not create configs for building the qmake docs:

      $ ninja html_docs_qmake
ninja: error: unknown target 'html_docs_qmake', did you mean 'html_docs_qtcmake'?

      If I make a new configuration with the configure script, the qmake docs become available in ninja target list.
