Inconsistent Padding Behaviour on Windows 11 LineEdit

      The padding added to the text inside a QLineEdit widget on Windows 11 is larger than on other platforms and on previous versions. This may have have come in with commit 172422f which is an increase but with no obvious reason as to why it is wanted to be different on Windows 11 to other deployments.

      Top textbox is Windows 11 with 6.7, bottom with 6.6.
