GUI renderings exhibit tearing when using non-integer scale factors on high DPI screens.

      GUI renderings exhibit tearing when using non-integer scale factors such as 125%, 150%, and 175% on high DPI screens. I have tested many different versions of Qt, including 6.2.4, 6.5.3, and 6.7.2, but they all have the same issues. Please refer to the screenshot I submitted for details.
