Multimedia dynamic link error on startup (Android)

      Currently I'm observing none of the examples which use QtMultimedia work on android. In this case I am compiling for the meta quest 3.

      The error seems to be libavformat.so missing. Has anything changed with Multimedia for android to cause this?
