Make QML IRBuilder fault tolerant

      We rely on the IRBuilder for follow-up analysis in qmllint. However, there are currently multiple places in it where errors are fatal and stop further processing.

       

      We should conditionally allow as many errors as possible, so that we can still run follow-up analysis passes.
