Jetson AGX xavier kernel panic during boot when flashing cable connected

      After flashing boot to Qt image boot up seems to end in kernel panic with Jetson AGX Xavier board. Tested with HW variants 945-82972-0005-000 with and 945-82972-0045-000.

      WORKAROUND:Problem seems to disappear when flashing cable disconnected after flashing and device restarted. Similar problem didn't exist on another host even the flashing cable kept connected durint boot up after flashing.
