      https://codereview.qt-project.org/q/commit:c661dbd42d87f151e0c6f9e50fb21a137dad850c should have adjusted the definition of QT_SUPPORTS_INT128 in qtypes.h instead of abusing he buildsystem to pass QT_NO_INT128 to every TU.
