configure shows the wrong default build option for declarative support

    Description

      The configure script shows -no-declarative as the default build option when -declarative will be enabled if QtGui and QtScript are available.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTBUG-12840 configure -help shows that the declarative module will not be built by default.
