tst_qstringapisymmetry fails to GPU init and message reject

      First appearance https://testresults.qt.io/coin/integration/qt/qtbase/tasks/1724348808 
      Since then blocks Qtbase integrations in affected branches, there is 1 pass in between, but it is almost certain to fail to tst_qstringapisymmetry.
