Generate \nextpage and \previouspage links for items in \annotatedlist

      qdoc currently generates next/previous page links for items that are linked to from a \list.

      Why not also do that for items linked from \annotatedlist ? 

      concrete example: I am creating new .qdoc files for functions in the qt convenience api of Squish. They will be grouped together in an \annotatedlist. I don't want to put \nextpage and \previouspage links in those files.
