[WASM] Changing camera in declarative-camera example does not work

    Description

      The declarative-camera app has a UI element to switch between cameras. When selecting a different camera, the camera feed should switch to the other camera.

      This does not work, and it is not possible to switch from integrated camera to a USB camera.

      Qt 6.8.0-Beta3, emsdk 3.1.56, Windows 11 host, Chrome browser 127.0.6533.122, Single- and multi-threaded WASM.
