Padding property working correctly on QtQuick.Controls.Windows?

    Description

      User reported that padding is behaving differently on their project on Windows and Linux.

      The issue seems to be with Quick controls style Windows where if Frame gets padding property set it does not apply(unless if determined side specific leftPadding, rightPadding etc.).

      When different styles like Basic or Fusion are tested the padding gets applied.

      Could this be checked is this intentional or a bug?
