Update QtGP version in examples & QtTAS

      After publishing QtGP to mavenCentral we need to

      1. Update build.gradle of all example: Update QtGP version
      2. Update setting.gradle of all example: Remove Qt Maven repository

      Note: we also need to update the QtGP versions in code snippets of QtTAS
