Incompatible QTabletEvent::rotation() value for Apple Pencil

    Description

       In Qt for iOS with Apple Pencil, QTabletEvent::rotation() has value, even though Apple Pencil (mine is 1st gen) doesn't support rotation (roll of pen barrel).

      Expect: rotation() value is always 0.
