Creator Plugin for VxWorks TP

      Today there is no working Creator plugin for VxWorks like for instance for QNX. This makes development of Qt applications more tedious as debugging etc is not available in Creator. This epic hence tracks the work item of creating a plugin for Qt Creator to have VxWorks on par with QNX also on Qt development environment side. The previous evaluation of the work is used as input.
