The yocto SDK for windows uses prepackaged python3 binaries. The exact location can be found here:

      https://code.qt.io/cgit/yocto/meta-boot2qt.git/tree/meta-boot2qt/recipes-devtools/python/nativesdk-prebuild-python_x86_64.bb

Currently it is using python3.5 which is heavily outdated and is not compatible with the python packages next to it. We should consider to update to atleast 3.6, but it would be better to install the same version that is also used in the rest of the SDK.

6.8 you can find a python3.10 folder for example in <SDK>/<mingw-sysroot>/usr/lib.
