DOC: Add missing configuration value

    Description

      In insight tracker overview page, it is advised that in 'Configuration' following is needed:

      {
    "server" : "collect-insight.qt.io",
    "token" : "00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000",
}

      However, this was not enough for the server to receive any data, it requires also field "platform" to be set.
