MultiEffect doesn't render a source item from one window into another

      Apparently Qt 5's GraphicalEffects can grab content from a different window than the one being rendered into. Came up while trying to replace the Qt 5 compat stuff here: https://github.com/ec1oud/qml-presentation-system/blob/master/src/imports/Presentation.qml#L259f
