      https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/576698 added support for detecting runtime system theme changes for the Material style, and https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/588954 does the same for the Universal style.

      However, in testing https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/589328, it was discovered that system theme changes are not respected when the style's theme is set to System in qtquickcontrols2.conf.
