The maximize windows is not correct when there are two screens.

Run this example can reproduce the issue:

When I click maximize button to maximize a window, the window rect is not correct. Please check the different image to see the error. 
for example, I have two screens which both are 3840 * 2160 , but the wrong rect of the windows is : -14, -14, 3852 and 2092. 

When I duplicate the displays, I still got the error for the maximized window {l:-14 t:-14 r:3852 b:2050}
