Fix problems with the new am_package CMake macros

The new version of am_package CMake macros still have the following problems:

• The install target for a installable package depends on the pkg itself, which is not yet created at the time the install rule is created.
• If files in sub-folders are passed the paths are not preserved and results in a flat list of files instead.
