Clean up the list of Qt modules in the documentation

    Description

      Combine the two lists of Qt addons + GPLv3-licensed addons, and list the latter in the licensing documentation only.

      Make the list of addons directly visible on the Qt 6.8 landing page, instead of using an expandable element that hides them by default.
