Windows ARM64 Debuggers And Tools is not installed

    Description

      When Qt Creator is installed and the CDB debugging tools are selected, the Qt installer also installs the redistributable packages for "<ARCH> Debuggers And Tools".

      This currently only installs the packages for X86 and X64, not for ARM64. So debugging in Qt Creator for arm applications does not work out of the box, the user has to go into the settings > Apps > Installed apps, select to "change" the Windows Software Development Kit component, and install the Debuggers And Tools package from there.
