Use QHttp2Connection inside QNAM's HTTP2 protocol handler

      As a target for 6.9 we should reduce the temporary code duplication in 6.8 by switching QNAM's protocol handler to use QHttp2Connection too.

      This will increase the testing of this class in CI, but any subtle differences may cause unexpected side-effects for users, so LTS+1 is a good time to do this.
