QDoc: Create test case for documentation in header files

We need a sensible end-to-end test case for QDoc, that puts documentation in header files instead of in implementation files. The test should be adapted from an existing test-case. This will allow us to confirm with some confidence that QDoc's output is stable, regardless of whether documentation comments are in header file or implementation files.
