tooltip will change focus on webassembly

build textedit example with qt 6.7.2 release. run. click into the text edit.. type some text to confirm the focus is in the textedit. then move mouse to hover over any of the buttons above. wait for tooltip to show. now focus is no longer on the textedit, can no longer add text. on other platforms the focus will NOT change. this is very bad. note that this used to work on qt 6.4.
