Missing LLVM-MinGW Arm64 packages

    Description

      Starting with Qt 6.7 we have LLVM-MinGW x86_64 packages.

      Qt 6.8 is adding native Windows Arm64 packages via Visual C++ 2022, but there is no MinGW option for Arm64.

      It would be great if LLVM-MinGW Arm64 packages would be provided, so that Qt would have parity for Windows Arm64 like it does for x86_64 where GCC MinGW and LLVM-MinGW are offered.

      Toolchains are available at Releases ยท mstorsjo/llvm-mingw (github.com) under the *ucrt-aarch64.zip suffix.
