      Implement a new QFile equivalent API that enables generic resource access (maybe even beyond the file system, e.g. http). The primary goal is to have a future prove C++20 API approach that is compatible with coroutines and C++17.

      Due to dependencies this API would have to be extenable via internal plugin patterns such that Qt Network releated uses cases can be enabled behind the scenes.
