Do not install waylandcompositor documentation & examples on Windows

    Description

      On Windows, a default installation of Qt 6.8.0 will also install Qt Wayland Compositor documentation and examples. This is even though Qt Wayland Compositor module itself is not available. This will also mean that Qt Wayland Compositor examples do show up in Qt Creator's welcome page, but won't build.

      Suggestion: Remove the qtwaylandcompositor documentation from the default documentation & examples installation.
