When you have a QLineEdit with the EchoMode set to Password, the last character typed into the field is briefly displayed before being committed to the field and displayed as an asterisk. This is a bug because the character should be committed to the field regardless of how its displayed.

This is leading to multiple issues, including allowing a character to be typed after the field is completely full (it is briefly displayed before disappearing completely), and potentially losing the last character when you hit a "Done" softkey before the character turns into an asterisk.
