ListView: ListView sometimes lags / pauses when dragging it

    Description

      Flickable/ListView/TableView will sometimes pause (or lag) for almost a second if you start to drag it in one direction, but then switch to move in the opposite direction. This is especially evident on iOS. It can be reproduced with e.g Gallery (the controls-list in the drawer).
