    Description

      The online installer for Qt v6.8rc for Linux bundles v73 of the ICU libraries. However the binaries are built against v74.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTBUG-129422 can't launch qmake on Debian 12 arm64(Raspberry Pi OS)
