Windows 11 modern style | Toolbar buttons state not legible

    Description

      With their new flat look, it is impossible to see wich state checkable toolbar buttons are in.

      The 'toggled' state is just subtly indicated by the icon being offset a smidge.

      Might be a regression stemming from 85c4084331a1049d3e2377f5516cd0d93819ac04
