WebEngine shows flickering and black squares/patterns randomly appears

Please download the reproducer from the SalesForce case.

How to reproduce the issue :

1) Build the reproducer application in Release mode.
2) Change the Graphics setting to let the application fixedly use NVIDIA GPU.
(E.g. in Windows11, System -> Display -> Graphics -> Custom options for apps)
3) Run the reproducer.
4) Click the red triangle on the top left.
5) Put check marks on the check boxes of "Switch Automatically" (Alternating background colors) and "Switch with Mousemove" (the rectangle will move corresponding to the mouse cursor).
6) Move the mouse cursor rapidly left and right. 
The screen shows flickering and black squares/patterns randomly appears sometimes.

Side Note:

• The issue is observed when using a NVIDIA GPU, but not observed when using an Intel UHD, as far as I tried.
• The issue is observed when using qt 6.6.3/6.7.2/6.7.3, but not observed when using Qt 5.15.17, as far as I tried.
• The issue is not observed when open the same HTML with Chrome (version 128.0.6613.138 or 129.0.6668.90) using NVIDIA GPU.
• This issue is reproduced in two different environment as follows :

• The issue looks similar to QTBUG-123181, but it's reproducible on Windows 11 as well.
