Foundation PM Staging
After adding the \memberswap familiy of qdoc macros (QTBUG-129573, QTBUG-129772), roll them out to other modules, after integration has run.
Some notes on execution:
- pick back as far as the qtbase patches have been (see
QTBUG-129573) - separate converting standard-phrasing ("Swaps this X with \a other.", "Swaps X \a other with this X") from fixing non-standard phrasing, to make reviews simpler
- I used both /and never fails/ as well as
/\\fn .*swap(/
and /(?<!std)::swap(/ search terms.
