Webengine tests hang after qmltests::GetUserMedia::test_getUserMedia(desktop video) on Windows 11

    Description

      This has been seen on nightly health checks couple of times, it is flaky. And it is on windows-11_23H2-msvc2022-developer-build configuration that we have just recently added:
