Submenu initially opens off screen

See attached program.

1. Start the program - it will create an entry in the system tray.

2. Right click on the icon and move the mouse up to hover over "submenu" - the menu appears with most items off screen.

3. move the mouse up to hover over "item" and then down again to "submenu" - the menu is now correctly displayed.

After the above procedure the menu is always displayed correctly with all items on screen. Only the initial showing of the menu is affected.
