As VxWorks port closes completion, the tests in CI needs to be blocking. To achieve this, some tests might need to be blacklisted or skipped entirely. This epic will track all the issues with CI tests and goal is to only skip tests that platform doesn't support.

DoD for this epic: All the tests are passing in CI, there can be only skipped tests in case that the tested feature isn't supported by the platform.
